Bilik, toilet, cadar, selimut kotor. Aircond bocor. Nak tukar bilik tak boleh sebab receptionist inform hotel dah penuh. Either dia refund atau accept je bilik tu. Nk minta refund takut hotel lain pun penuh. Overall condition bilik sgt tak memuaskan.
