The bed was very comfy and the shower had great pressure. Everything else was bad. Paint flaking on walls, all wood trim and furniture chipped and dirty, poor drainage that flooded bathroom, room safe locked upon arrival. They did unlock it a couple hours later. Breakfast was horrible. Bad coffee, watered down OJ, A loaf of white bread and steamed rice with bits of egg.

Fine for one night stop except for traffic noise!
Simple hotel - fine for one or two nights stay. Bed comfortable and bathroom well equipped and clean. Traffic noise unfortunately was all night as by highway. Breakfast in morning simple (coffee, juice, roti etc) but adequate. Parking handy in underground car park next to hotel but need cash to pay.
I'm booking and paid the room for 3 person ( room with king bed) and i pay extra for 1 person, but i'm only get room setup for 2 person ( with out extra set up). Receptionist
1. Receptionist services are not very friendly.
2. There are no facilities provided for the OKU [disable person] such as OKU need to use the stairs from the car park to enter the hotel grounds because there is no OKU car park.
3. The stairs from the car park to the hotel grounds are not well maintained as they retain water when it rains and are slippery due to mossy surfaces.
4. There is no exemption for parking fees for guests at this hotel.
5. The vending machines for the car park are in a remote position, in the building next to the hotel and confuse the users as there are no signposts.
6. Rooms for visitors are cramped and lack of natural ventilation and the description of the visitor's room is not as advertised.
Apart from the feeling bit cramped, other than that it was good. Breakfast was simple yet good enough. Change the chair which u can push under the desk.
Parking was ample, but have to pay more than 10 ringgit.
Good and cheap hotel which worked for the business trip. Hotel was good I stayed in a deluxe room, which is worth the little extra for the decor & a window (I couldn’t imagine staying in a hotel room without a window).
Only criticism is they really do need to look at the laundry & need new towels, a simple solve is letting a really good budget hotel down.
The room’s really small but it was really comfortable. Stayed for a night but would stay longer if i could

Modest hotel with good comfortable bed
Overall, an average stay. Here are some feedback for improvements: Room smelled a bit mouldy (most likely because there are no windows) and this is quite a strong smell especially if the room has been enclosed for a while. There is presence of mould on the wallpaper near the entrance of the bathroom. Aircon unit should also be checked for mould. Towels looked a bit worn out, so it would be a good idea to have them replaced for hygiene purposes. Various spots in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly eg edges around the sink, side edges and corners where it is hard to reach. Toilet lighting needs to be improved, as it is quite dim. Shower stall is fine and floors were clean, but the repair on the shower dispenser was dismal as the glue was visible and not very attractive. Wooden floor panel just outside toilet door is starting to rot. Bathroom needs hooks to hang towel and clothes. Having said that, toothbrush was surprisingly good and thank you for a well functioning and proper hair dryer. Bed was comfortable with good plush pillows. Plus point since most business travellers need a good nights' sleep, so kudos on that! Mugs were clean (both mugs). Breakfast was good, keep it up. Dining area is impressive, love the decor. Overall customer service was fine, and good touch with the uniforms. Although you'd probably need some fine tuning on keeping the standards consistent as comparatively to other hotels staff. Pay attention to your lift as it is a great feature.
