The room was clean and quiet, and it's in great location. The staff were always available and helpful. Good shower. I could have done with more proper storage space in the room, the rail with the rings hanging off it was useless, and a fridge would have been appreciated as the bottles of water provided were a niy warm. Overall,a good place to stay and I will consider staying here the next time I'm in town.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Bukit Bintang Station. The rooms are very clean. Security is very tight, for example, in the elevator, you can only press the buttons for the reception and your floor. A 200MYR deposit is required at check-in, but this can be paid by credit card, so it's not a problem.

Yes. Room is clean, bed is super clean & sheets are soft. My bed is made everyday. They have a gym I made use of, & a rooftop swimming which I did not use. The location is very convenient, a few blocks & short walk to Bkt. Bintang top shopping malls like Pavillion & Lot 10. Please note, this hotel does not have a car park facility. Highly recommended.

In the heart of Bukit Bintang's leisure centre thus there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room has enough space, I would consider it cozy perfect for one or two though three is a crowd. The gym facilities are satisfactory, it's enough if you're on holidays (The room is tiny max two or three people). Overall I really enjoyed staying here and appreciate the staff for making it a pleasant experience. Will stay again in the future. Thank you MOV!

Well-located hotel with good value no breakfast

The hotel is well located, though it doesn’t look like much. I didn’t use either the pool or the gym (I had little time in Kuala Lumpur). Good value for money. I only regret that there was no breakfast included — it would have been very convenient.
