Budget hotel for the not fussy.

It was a family trip on a low budget. So the quality of the hotel was expected. Staff was generally helpful. The neighbourhood s a little ‘slump’. But there are lots of food in the night.

Treasure hunt to locate hotel.

The hotel was OK. But there was no signage with the hotel's name on the building making locating the hotel a problem. No bottled water or coffee & tea making facilities.

Bad room condition and staff attitude

First, I've booked the room before the day I checking in. However, the receptionist said didn't receive my booking. The attitude of the receptionist was bad!! Second, I was requested two single bed in my booking request. However, the receptionist said they only have queen bed provided in their hotel. Third, the room was smelly and dusty. I will not go again.

When I asked the stuff they showed me whatsapp msg from management said i cancelled even i showed them details of my booking. I only stay for 2 night. Felt being cheated. Will not go again

Disapponting stay

Male receptionist was not accommodating. Didn't even bother to greet first or even smile at guests. Tried to deny us just because of the "booking number" which he insisted we don't have eventhough we showed all the supporting files required to confirm our hotel booking. It took us almost an hour before he let us go in.
