So so front desk service man.

Front desk man showed disinterest in welcoming and servicing us. Not even a slight smile. The early morning front desk lady was very friendly and showed courteous attitude.

My family was happy with the hotel condition. The room had been prepared nicely. The bed was also nice. The breakfast was good. For a budget cost but yet comfortable place to stay, I am definitely recommend this hotel

I have been handed my room card. As I open my room door, my room hasn’t been prepared for me. Used towel on the bed. They have changed my room after that (another available room at the moment). But well, not so good for first impression. Breakfast wasn’t so nice; all are given to you in wraps and plastics. “Take away” style. No buffet

Value for money

Good rate for budget hotel. Suitable for short or overnight stay and if you have own transport as it's not near to main shopping area. Overall can't complain for the price with simple breakfast of eggs, toast, nasi lemak and coffee included. Cons: Room was rather small with no window. Stale odour in the room when we entered. Awaken in early morning by other guest banging on the door in the next room. Need to request for air-con remote from the reception.
