Not bad

The bed is comfortable, room is clean and just newly opened. Got a lot of food nearby and of course in near to the subway. Location is very strategic and price is affordable as well. The only issue i face during my stay is no hot water and no parking.

Location is the best if you are visiting around masjid jamek, dataran merdeka, jalan Tun Abdul Razak. Cleanliness can be improved espcially in family room. No parking area the nearest is about 3 minutes walking and the chages quiit expensive Rm50 per day. No drop off area for guest to load down luggage.

W. Stands..for. What a Waste.

Well the bed was v-comfortable & nice. The shower head & water pressure. Good. But TV not working, oni 1 local channel was clear enough to watch, reported to frontdesk about it, a bangladeshi national was sent attend to it..he told me anttena problem, nothing can be done so sorry..& he dissapeard. Ceiling of room had alot of holes the size of $1coins.v-noisy in the daytime wif the traffic & LRT train's pullingoff & stopping @M,jamek station nex to it.Local area everyting v-convenient there's KFC Mc. D. Watson, sundry,laundry & a pub nearby.Not worth the price i paid for.. try not book a stay there..unless in a desparate situation.

Convenient location is the hotel best feature. And most staff like Munir and Nadia were excellent. The one feature that they can improve is other than Munir and Nadia ( who were very good), the other counter staff needs to be more attentive and be more knowledgeable like Munir and Nadia. One staff ( not Munir and Nadia) sent me to a wrong location. Instead of pretending that he knew the place I was looking for, he could have just said " I don't know or I am sorry for I do not have such knowledge) The other staff ( but Munir and Nadia) did big even know how to locate the record of my stay. I booked my hotel until August 19 but he kept saying I need to checked out on August 14th. Again, Munir and Nadia should be the manager of this place. They are just great staff! Thank you

Lokasi yang strategis dekat dengan Masjid Jamek dan d sebelah stasiun LRT dan MRT, dekat dengan Central Market dan perdagangan orang India, jualan tekstil dan toko serba ada (cokelat, permen, farmasi, dll). KFC ada di sebelah hotel n Mc. Donald ada di seberang hotel. Guardian dan Watson juga berdekatan. Terdapat Lift untuk naik ke atas. Kamar yang bersih dan nyaman, bantal yang empuk dan banyak. Kamar mandi yg bersih dengan pancuran air panas, dilengkapi peralatan mandi, handuk, sikat gigi, dll. Tersedia pemanas air dan cangkir, juga Nescafe sachet. Lemari yang cukup besar dan tersedia sajadah untuk Sholat

W Hotel is Located at a Great Location.

I enjoyed my stay at the W Hotel. The W Hotel is located walking distance from the bus station. I rode the bus from the airport to China town. The W Hotel is located next to a KFC .

One of the better budget hotels in the area

One of the better budget hotels in the area, with friendly service, comfortable room, and working amenities (a/c, water heater, etc.) No windows but it's better that way as the outside traffic will be noisy but the room is very quiet.

OK, but could do with some touch ups.

The Hotel was ok, for the price you pay, the location is good as its in the heart of a bustling area with the local transport systems literally right in from of you, the LRT. The room itself, there were issues with the Wi-Fi which were never sorted for me during my stay there, and some aspects of the room could have been cleaner, such as the towels (good thing I always have my own), and the pillowcases (good thing there were other pillows). The TV was fuzzy and couldn't get clear channels on, so good thing I had no intention sof catching up on the local programming, and the air conditioning was a bit temperamental at times.

場所は駅近でチャイナタウンも歩いてすぐ、セブンイレブンとワトソンズが両隣、とロケーションや利便性はとてもよいです。でも、その反面、ホテル前の歩道にはいつも浮浪者が座りこんでいて周辺は結構汚かったです。又、セーフティーボックスがない、ドライヤーがない、冷蔵庫がない、地元テレビしか映らない、事前に聞いていない旅行税を３０リンギッドとられたり、デポジットを５０リンギッド現金で払わないといけない、電車や自動車の騒音が窓を閉めていても夜遅くまですごい、等々、残念な点も多々有りました。でも安かったので、まあいいかという感じです。

Staff are good and friendly, but the room assigned to us was directly in front of the road and lrt that’s why it’s too noisy. There’s no telephone inside our room, TV was not set up the time we checked in, remote control was missing, we even called the staff to set it up. Wifi is too slow, no slippers provided. Overall, our stay is fine but the place needs improvement.
