Excellent in every way. Rooms were spotless. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff really went above and beyond-from security to restaurant to front desk. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. I also liked the focus on reducing plastic waste. Good location very close to the central rail station and 2 big malls. Very good value for the price.

Excellent hotel. I asked to have the view of Bangsar before going there. I communicated with the hotel for this purpose and asked to have a note on my file when checking in. The note was there. My request was taken care of. The hotel service was amazing. Everything is brand new. The hotel is very working hard towards sustainability which is great. Well done. Highly highly recommended with no reservation.

It’s brand new hotel so everything is vey clean and good, bed is good and the pillow also and very clean. But there’s only one cafe near by so if you want quite place this hotel is suitable, the closes restaurants or shopping is bangsar and you have to walk around 10-15 minutes

First two days perfect. From an effortless and fast check in to spotless and quiet room, nice breakfast and clean nice swimming pool. But the morning of jan 30 2026, we were exposed to unbelievable noise from upstairs. Drilling for 1 hour and then loud hammer banging. Called reception after 30 minutes, they didnt have a clue, said they call check and inform.The cleaner told us they are remodelling the room above, while after 1 hour of this the reception had not responded yet. I called them and after 20 plus minutes someone came to assist with room change. This completely ruined our day as we were trying to sleep for 2 hours before going out. Luckily next days were ok. It would have been best to inform us before this happened, so this could be handled in a better way, avoiding headache and losing nearly 3 hours with lost sleep and packing moving unpacking.

This time it’s a bigger room of 44m2 vs previously 25m2. There was a living room and basically all amenities are premium level with a coffee machine. A worthy choice.

Generally, quite comfortable and the setting in front of the dishes needs more space at least fit a plate space so that can easily open the cover of the dish bowl and put into eating plate rather than put the plate on the left enough space for plate to avoid waste of spillage while transferring the dishes into the plate.
