Greeted by a wonderful staff, we enjoyed our stay immensely at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton. The pool area is very clean and inviting the breakfast is a top 10 so many selections you’ll never get to them all very helpful Staff when we had some questions highly recommend and we will certainly visit again.

I cannot thank the staff at Hilton KL Sentral enough for their excellent service and help. I stayed there a couple times for my egg freezing trips. During my first stay, I lost one injection in the fridge. I called the hotel after realising I didn’t bring it back, Ida responded and found the med immediately. Then they kept it for me in a fridge and brought it to my room during my next visit (coordinated by Clift). Really appreciate the help 🙏

I cannot thank Hilton staff Ida Irdina, Clift and the concierge team for their help. During this stay, I left my injection med in fridge and left Malaysia. I called Hilton and the staff immediately found it in fridge and put it in safe chilling place. I came back today and got the med on time. Thank you so much!

Well located by the KL sentral station. Nice interiors and clean room. Was given a high floor with mostly quiet room during the night. A bit of internal noise when the house keeping is working in other rooms on the same floor. The breakfast was varied but mostly same things for the three nights. They kept putting me in similar corner for breakfast as I was by myself. The laksa was overly salty and food was average in taste. The food option at nearby NU shopping mall was alright but not tasty. They share gym and sauna facilities with Le MĂ©ridien next door. Good for couple of days stay max.
