We enjoyed our room itself. However, there were loud noises outside of our room every night in the street. We were on the backside of the hotel so the only view was of a local building where there was a lot of noise coming from. There is a 7/11 almost right next door and quite a few good and cheap restaurants close by.

My First Hotel to stay

Overall it’s not bad if you see the price, I gave three stars according to the standard but experience to stay in this Hotel was good except some noises which can be listen by the windows as windows aren’t double glaze and doors are not soundproof, my suggestion is they should change the colour as dark green colour make the room more darker, it should be nice light cold feeling colour.

The hotel charge me the tax without any receipt

Im not satisfied with hotel. Some points from me : - hotel very far from the city and airport - i paid for breakfast, but they still dont know it. - i paid tax for 3 days 2 night = RM 30 i got surprised. I thought what i paid to hotels.com its already included (room price & tax). I feels like hotels.com lie to me!! I also dont get any receipt from the hotel about the tax they took from me in they rhat im arrived 24 Oct. Im very very disaaponted with both if you : hotel.com and this hotel.
