This was our first time staying at a property that was like a condo unit. The advertisement said it was going to have a washer/dryer and a full size fridge which it never had when we arrived. This was very disappointing as we brought just enough clothing for half our trip in hopes to wash them half way through. The shower did not have a curtain so the water went everywhere. There was a huge problem with ants or small bugs that were crawling all over the countertop. The location was great and central and the view was beautiful. The front desk staff were very helpful and it was a really busy place.

It was awful the washroom flooding while I’m shower and I tell them twice come have a look and I have the video to show that I have proof and so slimy. Awful disgusting this is my second stay.

The unit was clean however no one showed up to clean it and to change towels during my 3 days stay. I asked reception for complimentary tea coffee and sugar and they put some in my room but didn't even bother to look at cleaning the unit or replacing the towels. The shower space has no door and water was every where.. the drain in the bathroom is faulty and get flooded every time I brushed my teeth. Location is good though.. its walking distance to BB centre and china town

Scam - stay away

This is a scam. The company that is advertising the stay through Hotels.com charges a "deposit" fee at check-in which they don't cancel upon checkout. Instead, after charging you, the front desks says that they are NOT the hotel company and won't be canceling the charge upon checkout. Instead, they point you to a shady Whatsapp number (!) which automatically sends a link to a form to complete with all your personal banking details for a supposed refund via bank transfer (!!). I have NEVER seen this from a hotel company - but it turns out this is not a real hotel company and it seems more like a scam. They are not legit and there are at least 10 other scammy companies with various Whatsapp numbers listed at the front desk. I am spending hours with Hotels.com "customer service" which continue to push back on a refund on their end, even though they are the booking agent. At the same time, they are allowing this scam on their website. I never write reviews, but I want to warn others to stay away and I hope it saves someone else from these problems.
