It’s good if you don’t mind 15-20mins walk to the main tourist spot. It’s quite silence after dark, but there is a police station near by.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Residency! The location was perfect, just minutes away from Jalan Alor. The apartment was sparkling clean. The view from the unit was absolutely wonderful. Host provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay special. The service and hospitality is good thanks to the apartment assistance who is happily helping us for the matter that we faced. For the room, it is clean and cozy. Got a city-view room with affordable price. Maybe the only lowlight for this place is that it is placed at the end of the road so sometimes the grab is a bit confused in finding the apartment

All staff and guards are well mannered. Fast replies, attend to customers need. Well-done!!! If possible, perhaps can get a new sofa set. Do not refund them if there are water stains and all.. cleanliness need improvements. Overall i am happy.

No proper contct details of owner. In spite of sending an email about arrival, after being on the road for an approximately 27 hours checking in was difficult and took over an hour. It was only due to help of resident property management agent managed to get the keys to the appartment. Not very well maintained and Kitchen very sparsely equipped. No hand or kitchen towels.

no way to contact the agency to arrange key pick up because the contact number shown in hotels.com is not a valid number didnt receive any email in advance so we didnt know that we have to register at the security guide. already asked the management office but the officer there has no clue which agency that i book for which hotels.com confirmation didnt show up.. ending up the officer called another agency people to come and realised that i am not booked with them, they then advised me to go register with the security guide... the security guide do not speak english very fluently, only able to communicate with simple english.. in the bedrooms, only 2 power sockets underneath the table, very inconvenient.. however the location is great, quite close to monorail station and easy to walk to the tourist spots nearby! gym and pool are fine

Perfect location to explore KL central áreas, all within 30 to 45 mins walking, monorail station 1 block away, night street market at 5 min walk. The apartment is fine, a bit noisy because train tracks below, the building could be cleaner, it seems kind of dirty in the entrance, hall and elevador. The pool is great.
