Place is good but the TV is no channel for CNA news or other English news. The flushing water has problem and the lighting has problem but they don't have the staff to serve and fix it immediately. I need to insist the guide for checking and fix but the other problems raising I only can call the office, here is no service counter in the building for room service.

Location is everything

The place is nice, reasonably comfortable, clean and convenient to almost everything. If A/C and TV are supposed to work, instructions would be useful. It is easy and straight forward to get into the building and into the room and stores and a cafe are conveniently located in the same building. Thank you

It's a very pleasant stay, they issued keyboard upon request, very fast response. The location is perfect, within walking distance to twin towers, there's a few grocery stores for general shopping.

Residence bien placé.

Residence e situe a 3 mn du monorail et a 10 minutes du grand centre commercial Suria te des toures jumelles. le premier jour a notre arrivé nous avons taeit tres decu du studio que nous avions eu qui n a rien avoir avec.les photos car la saleté et les cafards ne se voient pas sur les photos. Canapé tres sale, deux serviettes grises tres rugueuses, linge de lit sale, douche defectueuse, moisissure sur les bords du lavabo....et cafards sortant du dessous du lit.....le seul avantage de cet appartement est le matelas comfortable et les deux climatisations fonctionnant tres bien ...apres reclamation et au 3 eme jours un appartement c est libéré et sans cafards, avec une douche en meilleur etat et une machine a laver- sechante tres bien et tres utile, par contre nous avions une climatisation defectueuse ejectant des bloques de glace la.nuit avec un bruit fracassant, et nous avlons un matelas tres dur et oreillers dur et sales....c est la premiere fois.que nous sommes insatisfaites d un hébergement....cela dit nous ne regretons pas notre sejour pour la diversité du pays multiculturel et la.tolerance ...la climatisation est casiment dans toute les strutures et transports car la chaleure.est ecrasante, ce qui d ailleurs nous a beaucoup surpris...nous avons passer de bonne vacances et nous sommes de fideles clients d Expedia...
