"Amazing! Hotel as good as new. Staffed 100% by locals. Booked for one night as my flight arrived in late. Walked safely. Room has dead lock on, which was good. Bed was huge. Comfy and linen so fresh. Towels decent but sound environmentally as quick drying. Breakfast was great and superb coffee machine. First time using waffle machine which was the stand out feature I think. Overall, brilliant stay. Perfect for my needs before hitting Wyndham Grand in Krakow Old town."

"The hotel is ideally located for exploring and being close to local amenities. Our room overlooked the main street, but was very quiet and nice to look down onto. Our room (a standard queen) was large, with a sofa and nice bathroom. We used the spa multiple times - the pool, sauna, hot tub etc were free to use up until 10pm. They provide towels and slippers and lockers free of charge. We didn't use the restaurant but had the water out of the mini bar (go over the road to the local Carrefour...

I found it very inconsiderate to customers as I had to walk back and forth on the street with luggage and it was stressful. My room wasn’t ready at 2pm and although 3pm is official check in time, most hotels would have it ready "
