"The staff was very lovely. Check in and check out were both very easy. The breakfast was mediocre, but it’s nice that it is provided. The room is very lovely and the pillows are wonderful! I think that the carpeting in the hallway outside of the room I was in on the first floor should be changed as it is very stained. But honestly on the whole it is a very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and accommodating."

"We loved the property. The rooms were nice and they were clean. It was wonderful to be centrally located, we walked everywhere, the town is so charming. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evening after dining at the Broadway Grille at the Inn at Jim Thorpe. Good food and good service."

"Although our stay was fine, the photographs representing the Harmony Lake Inn were very deceiving. I suggest that the first picture shown on Expedia should be the motel itself not the restaurant across the lake. I expected a bar. I expected a pool table room and there was no such thing. I’m not sure what those pictures were from, but certainly not from the harmony lake in."
