It was awful from check in the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, actually she has been the only rude Thai person I have met. The room, 2 minutes to be exact we were in it, the smell was vile, stains everywhere including the sheets. Filthy, I would not let a dog stay there. NOT as discribed on Expedia. Yet They say I can not have a refund. I paid in full before my trip, due to Hygine we left the hotel without sleeping there, and had to pay £400 for a 2 night stay that we had not budgeted for. The hotel are refusing to refund me anything

Un motel de paso es mejor que hospedarse aquí. La habitación estaba sucia, el colchón tenía tenía los resortes salidos, el agua de la regadera no salía constante, no hay comercios para comer cerca. Nos sentimos muy inseguros por las instalaciones así que tuvimos que dejar el lugar y reservar uno nuevo. En fin, doble gasto. Jamás volvería ahí.

hotellet är ok för pengarna.. Trevlig personal och bra städning- Men ligger helt offside, finns en bar o en thairestaurang i närheten.,annars ingenting.Frukosten är dyr,250 bath, inte prisvärt! hotellets buss till stranden funkar mycket bra , tre gånger om dagen, poolen var väldigt full med insekter på eftermiddagen, rengjordes bara en gäng på morgonen. Men efter påpekande från undertecknad så städade dom även på eftermiddagen. Men borde dom inte se sädant själva? Kändes lite som personalen inte brydde sig, ganska slapp attityd..Pratade med managern om diverse problem- Han fixade allt, efter en del tjat från min sida! Men inget hotell jag rekommenderar för längre vistelse! En klar besvikelse; tyvärr!

Ett mediokert hotell med bitvis trevlig personal.

Hotellet som sådant var fint men bitvis otrevlig opersonal. Vi hade bokat taxi från Krabi flygplats via dem med babyskydd åt vår baby och hade fått det bekräftat. Detta hade de missat när vi kom fram och ville enbart ge en liten rabatterad del av priset. Jag anser dock det vara helt oacceptabelt att öht ta betalt då hela grejen med bokningen var för att vara garanterade ett babyskydd. Vidare råkade vi ha sönder ett glas på rummet vilket de var snabba med att kräva ersättning för. Återigen helt knäppt då jag enbart välte glaset och det plötslig gick sönder. Mao var glaset med största sannolikhet redan sprucket. Viss personal var trevlig medan andra rent av var otrevliga och nonchalanta.

Il n'y a rien à signaler. La propreté est irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est très restreint, il n'y a pas de jus de fruit. Lorsque l'on a demandé des croissants et des pains au chocolat, certains étaient froids et d'autres congelés

Excellent hotel

Loved this hotel! Ended up staying a week to recuperate from a motorcycle accident and this was close to Wattanapat Hospital. The cleaners were excellent. Everything was comfortable! There is a store next door and another street for snack as well as street food and small restaurant next door. Johnny’s Pizza is amazing and delivers! Wifi was fast and constant. Breakfast was tasty and young server was so sweet! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service

Staff were very friendly and smiley. However a/c was shut down during Day 1 due to heavy thunderstorm. It is not that near to Ao Nang beach however they provide shuttle service to the beach daily

Bra fast för högljudda

Man tror nästan att man ligger i koridoren så mkt ljud hörs in från folk, står gratis skjuts in till stan men ibland så är chauffören ledig? Och man måste betala för taxi..
