Interior spaces are beautiful, excellent breakfast buffet, nice lounge, nice room, nice bed, great live music with excellent performers in the evning, but disappointing beach that needs cleaning and maintenance (appears to have no litter patrol and is covered in plastic garbage and debris). The pool was green with algae which is a problem that needs to be resolved.

amazing hotel , the size of this place is overwhelming, the pool is the largest in Krabi and perhaps whole Thailand, the place is full of activity places , withinthe pool , volleyball areas, ping-pong, racket ball, kids pool areas, restaurants etc. Definitely a worthy place to stay. on the dow side, the place is a bit far from town and external food options, and there's few taxis around, but I visited in low seasson, I think there will be more transport options in high seasson.

Lotus restaurant was amazing, especially Sao the manager took excellent care and gave us personal attention. Josh, Jib and May were outstanding in service and Chef Mahavir was exceptional. The resort is beautiful. The best part is the massive pool. The food was lovely and the rooms were comfortable. I used the gym which was quite reasonable and had great cold towels, infused water and shower rooms. I have 2 downsides- 1. The showers are weirdly outdated in the whole property. 2. The staff seem to be a bit lacking. We had just arrived from holiday inn which is supposed to be not as good as Sofitel, however the staff were on their toes, attentive and knowledgeable.

Great resort. Beautifully maintained. Awesome swimming pool. Food was superb in both Indian/Thai and Italian restaurants. For cons, will mention nonsense amount of electrical switches in the room that turn on/off random lights. Annoying. Also, for a 5* establishment they should be a bit more accommodating when it comes to requests of late check out. Instead, it feels like “we milked everything we could from you, so get the hell out now”

Our experience with Sofitel was amazing. Kids love the pool and easily had the best time ever. We wouldn't think twice for booking it again at our next visit to Krabi.

Facilities are good and the breakfast buffet has a big spread. Staff team is always full of smiles and ready to help with any request. Minus - The mattress was way too hard. The hotel added a comforter layer on our last night, providing much needed comfort.
