Lotus restaurant was amazing, especially Sao the manager took excellent care and gave us personal attention. Josh, Jib and May were outstanding in service and Chef Mahavir was exceptional. He prepared outstanding Indian fish dishes. We are going to go back to Lotus before we leave Krabi simply to experience it all over again.

amazing hotel , the size of this place is overwhelming, the pool is the largest in Krabi and perhaps whole Thailand, the place is full of activity places , withinthe pool , volleyball areas, ping-pong, racket ball, kids pool areas, restaurants etc. Definitely a worthy place to stay. on the dow side, the place is a bit far from town and external food options, and there's few taxis around, but I visited in low seasson, I think there will be more transport options in high seasson.

Great resort. Beautifully maintained. Awesome swimming pool. Food was superb in both Indian/Thai and Italian restaurants. For cons, will mention nonsense amount of electrical switches in the room that turn on/off random lights. Annoying. Also, for a 5* establishment they should be a bit more accommodating when it comes to requests of late check out. Instead, it feels like “we milked everything we could from you, so get the hell out now”

staff was really friendly, beautiful facility and amazing pool. Unfortunately right next-door people burn trash day and night and the smoke makes this stay very difficult

Great resort and location

This is a great property with an amazing pool and amenities. Great for kids and families. The only downside is the food taste and quality. We did not find it up to the mark.

Facilities at hotel were great and staff all very friendly and helpful. Location is a little outside the main tourist area and limited options but we still managed to eat at different locations each night

Beautifully maintained colonial style property with extremely friendly staff. Dining options are limited but there are few cafes and restaurants a short walk away from the hotel. Housekeeping was late to clean our rooms one day. Would absolutely recommend this property for families!

Family May trip

The staff were wonderful at the restaurants and kids club. We travelled as a family with 3 kids and one parent working, so it was a welcome relief to have the staff so friendly and welcoming to kids. More than that, the staff were helpful on our trips down to the beach or with any questions we had about logistics. Our stay was quiet, in May. Sitting by the pool watching the storms was a highlight.

Wonderful

Perfect place for a few days in Krabi with amazing facilities and plenty of options for families (kids club, playground, inflated structure in the swimming pool, ping pong tables, etc...). The breakfast is wonderful with a huge variety of different cuisines and the staff always kind and super efficient. Signature tour to Hong Island was also a success.

The staff everywhere were fantastic especially at the pool bar and the lounge. Friendly staff everywhere, nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable rooms. Huge pool and lots of spare sunbeds. Excellent restaurants. Amazing breakfast, such a big choice of food and great quality. Sadly jellyfish season so no swimming in sea but beautiful beach across the (small) road. Would highly recommend for people going to Krabi

Nice property with a great swimming pool. Amazing kids club and kids pool area. Also great activities for kids. Few really nice local restaurants across the road from the hotel by the beach. 7 eleven few minutes walk from the hotel and couple of massage places. Other than that no shopping places nearby. Amenities at the resort are neverending....
