This hotel has it all, beaches on both sides, kind and helpful staff, exeptional beach front dining & swimming, eat your morning breakfast or dinner and roll into the sea for a fresh swim, we stayed in the 2nd floor double bed rooms, perfect views of the monkeys playing in the trees with cascading limestone mountains in the distance. This is the most affordable luxury place to stay on Raleigh Beach

Great location on the bay; the best attribute. Hotel service was good, restaurant/bar not so much - most seemed they didn't want to be there and I was there many days (comparable to competing resort properties). Restaurant was disappointing so after first day we always sought alternatives, which there are several. The top reason to stay there is location.

Railay is a great spot for a few days. Great access to west Railay Beach and short stroll to walking path to Phra Nang too. Breakfast options were sufficient - a few Thai dishes, salads, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, pancakes or French toast, coffee machines and you can order eggs to your liking. Rooms are a little tired and I had to go buy hair conditioner and body lotion as room only provided a combined shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Mini bar was stoked daily which was great as we had snacks every day so didn’t need to buy anything. Definitely worth checking out Railay if you are there, much more peaceful than Ao Nang.

We loved Railay Bay Resort and wish we stayed longer. I had 2 massages with Kate which were excellent. The only downside is the restaurant on location is quite average. The restaurant is very understaffed, but otherwise the rest of the resort seemed well taken care of with plenty of help.

The atmosphere was calm and friendly. Staff very attentive. Monkeys, lizards and exotic birds visiting everyday. Two great pools, the one outside our terrace was peaceful, always sun loungers available. Good choice at breakfast but lunch and dinner prices quite expensive in comparison to local restaurants. Overall, loved my stay.

We stayed in a privacy cottage and it was great! Small sitting area with a pond that was full of flowers and frogs, also had a small jacuzzi bath outside. Room itself was large and spacious with great AC! Comfortable bed and very prompt room service. Pool area was lovely with tremendous views of Railay beach. Restaurant was good and the bar is accessible between both the room and beach. We loved our stay and would feel very good about returning one day!

Excellent property that has a couple great pools, lots of chairs and umbrellas to hide from the sun. The garden and greenery were well tended. Great location on the beach slightly away from all the boats launching but not too far to have to carry your bags. In front of the hotel there is an area cordoned off for swimming and that’s right out front of the property. Restaurant served a great variety of breakfast at their buffet which was included in our stay. Only negative comment would be that the rooms could use a bit of a refresh. We had an excellent stay. Feb 10-13th 2025.

Great location! They welcomed guests with a drink and wet towel that I found very nice.. it’s close to east and west so I think location was convenient… checkout was at 1130 and they called me at 1129 which I found a bit rude but they allowed me to use the pool after my check out which I found very convenient! I will definitely come back

This is a beautiful property and my pickup at the airport and long boat ride to resort was great. The villas huge and the terrace was a great place to enjoy the wonderful trees and flowers all around. The views of the mountains was amazing. The service at front desk, spa, and restaurant was exceptional. The rooms and surrounding areas was always clean. Towels, umbrella, beach bag and slippers were provided. The food in the restaurant was great with many options. I would greatly recommend this property as well are return

Amazing surroundings, good hotel

The first impression was not great, as I asked for directions on how to get to the hotel and they just answered with their own overpriced transport service, which qas more than double what it costs to get a taxi from the airport + boat. The rooms were big but just ok for the price. The star of the hotel is the pool and the facilities by the beach, which we enjoyed a lot. Receptionists were super friendly. Railay itself was just incredible and I can’t recommend it enough

The hotel is good. The negative view i had is with the restaurant staff. They were rude with us even though we were nice with them. Probably because we were arabs.
