"There is nothing bad to say about our stay at the Rayavadee resort. The entire staff were extremely respectful and helpful. Whatever we needed they were there to help. The staff all seemed to know our schedule for each day which made it nice when it came to cleaning our room or for the evening turn down service.. they always worked around us. When our toilet in our Villa developed a small leak they came immediately to try and repair it. When it appeared to be something they could not do quickly, they immediately moved and upgraded us from a one bedroom villa with pool to a two bedroom villa with pool. The activities department was extremely helpful in recommending and coordinating our offsite activities. Salma and Mario did an outstanding job in booking out our tours and hiding us through them. The food in all the restaurants was outstanding but the breakfast that was included with the room each day is one of the best we’ve ever had. Great mix of local dishes and western food that changed on a daily basis to fresh fruit, salad, cheese, etc. I would not hesitate to stay there the next time we visit Thailand."

"absolutely perfect from beginning to end. It’s honestly hard to find the words to describe how amazing this place is — we truly felt like we were in paradise. The hotel is stunning, the surroundings are breathtaking, and every little detail is taken care of to the highest standard. Everything exceeded our expectations. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. The service was outstanding — professional, warm, attentive, and always with a genuine smile. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that our stay was unforgettable. Banyan Tree Krabi is not just a beautiful hotel; it’s an experience we will remember for a very long time. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special.
