The staff was amazing. Also had the best price, make sure to get the breakfast included, if you’re planning on doing activities. The had happy hour and a nice pool. Overall, really enjoyed staying here and will stay here in the future.

Poor value for money overall. The property is in poor condition and clearly in need of better maintenance. The rooms are very small, with paper-thin walls and interior connecting doors, so you can hear everything happening in the neighboring room. Breakfast is low quality, with the same limited options every day. On the positive side, the location is decent—about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach—and the staff are friendly and welcoming, as is generally the case in Thailand.

Pet friendly hotel and the wife and I come almost bi weekly. Accidentally booked the incorrect date and arrived at the hotel. Expedia staff and hotel staff were amazing . Fully refunded and booking was the same price . Top service from both Expedia and Hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a good middle of the road hotel. The hotel aesthetics were what you expect from a chain hotel so if you are looking for something a bit more traditional or to feel like you’re not in a standard city break hotel then this isn’t the place for you. The pool area is nice with a free towel each day. The breakfast is good and the area is clean. The beach is around a 15 minute walk and you are on the Main Street in Ao Nang when you leave the hotel. The landmark night market is an 8 minute car journey away. Overall this stay provided us with what we needed for 3 nights in a busy area.

It’s located in a good central area for Ao Nang beach and buffet breakfast was good. Unfortunately our room’s ceiling looked like it had some mould and our room also wasn’t cleaned properly before our check in (had a half drunken hotel bottle of water on the bedside with no new water in fridge, had to ask reception for towels etc). Laundry was also going to cost over 1000 baht - used clean & glow laundry just down the road which was 200 baht and a good, quick service.

This place is old and is in need of a renovation. We found many cockroaches on premises running through the corridors. Very unclean and unhygienic. Location is good 5 mins to the beach. The breakfast is terrible , limited options and also just unhygienic. Would I stay here again. Absolutely not. You’ve be warned!

I stayed only one night on my way to the Southern islands. Would not stay longer. Very busy area. The swimming pool was open to the public at a pretty low cost. The room was ok, with a balcony overlooking the pool and view of the mountains. There was a window in the bathroom, with a very dirty shade that needed some deep cleaning. Room seemed clean. Ok mattress, but uncomfortable pillows, which is pretty common. I did not try the breakfast.

a compulsory expensive extra bed

I came with my 2 children and was required to pay an additional fee of 700 baht per person for extra beds. So the total is 2800 baht for 2 nights. I can accept this term but not at that high price and regret to choose this hotel

The place is an ageing, dirty dump. Everything feels old and well used....the check is procedure is confused, the swimming pool furniture is circa 1990 and the rooms are small with inadequate furniture (not even a table to put your laptop on). Go elsewhere.

We stayed here for one night. This is a very basic hotel with small clean rooms. The location is very good for the nightlife outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and courteous. This is a budget hotel and you can expect a budget hotel. All in all a good stay for the budget concious.
