Great location and great staff!! Ironing was a bit of a hassle, they have it downstairs within a room that’s open from 10am-8pm, so it’s pretty inconvenient if you happen to leave earlier and need ironing

Being this is my 5th return stay with the property whenever in Krabi, I am attracted by the staff professionalism, location and cleanliness. I will personally like to highlight on the front office staff, May, whom was very meticulous and patient to brief about the hotel. I highly recommend this property, no doubt there is some ongoing upgrading works. Overall, I am still giving it a high rating.

6/10 Okay

Towels were dirty, they should really throw away spoiled towels, staff really weren’t helpful unless you asked for help, they were nice though. The room cleanliness wasn’t the best, 3.5 out of 5. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Okay stay overall and location was good. Not the worst but they could do better in terms of keeping the place better maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blusotel in Krabi. The location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance and plenty of great places to eat and explore nearby. The swimming pool area was lovely, and the food served around the pool was delicious and very reasonably priced. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day out. A great hotel in a great location — we would happily stay here again.
