I liked everything here. Its unique. Totally different to every other hotel, and it has a huge clean swimming pool. Its a bit like "The Marigold Hotel" Only in Thailand.

The Hotel is impressive look like an ancient palace they keep the original colors and wood is beautiful but the services is very poor, the employees are very polite and efficient but the property is too big for 5 or 6.

Ayodaha Hotel

Lots of mixed reviews, but we were pleasently surprised. If your looking for a clinically clean state of the art hotel its probably not for you!.If you like character, some fantastic old style Thai buildings and plenty of quirky charm, then this may be for you A lovely quiet beach about 200 yards from the front door and a good breakfast as well !

This is a very unique property with a huge swimming pool and sits quietly in its own grounds just a very short walk to the beach. The staff are all like one big family and always happy to help...... I stay here regularly because of its charm and peaceful traditional surroundings...... The rooms are much larger than you will find in most other places....,...the property is a little bit jaded-but that is reflected in the price..... . Enjoy!

Everything surrounding the hotel was great walking to night market was 5 min walk this hotel is so over sized and understaffed, just to get to our room would be 40 stairs and .3 km - the stay over all was ok clean enough but definitely questionable towels were a huge issue to get for us and others

**Great Stay – Excellent Staff & Location!** I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making the experience even better. The hotel itself is high quality, with clean and comfortable rooms. Plus, the location is perfect for visiting Thailand’s top temples, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The only downsides were that the elevators weren’t working, so it was a bit of a walk to the rooms, and the breakfast was just average—nothing special. However, overall, I still had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Underwhelmed with this accommodation we have stayed in 2 and 3 star which was so much better - rooms are tired - although check in time was 2 and advised accommodation we would be there for 4.30 - one of rooms was not ready. Breakfast was poor - I can imagine back in the day this would have been wonderful - but in need of TLC and a good clean !

A work in progress, as it is an old property undergoing refurbishment. the property exterior is dated, and the refurbishment was evident with painting and upgrades in various parts of the property. The interior of the rooms was great, spacious, and my room had a patio with a walk-in to the pool. Very close to Ao Nang NIght Market, and close to all restaurants, or a short tuk-tuk to all,

First of all. Its a nice old building, but it certenly need some maintence and TLC. The poolarea have missing tiles here and there, and there are no garbage cans. There is 3 bars in the poolarea, all closed. The check in took hours, everything whit paper and pen. The computer is inventet…

Among the nicest places I hav stayed at, must have cost a fortune to build. The swimming pools and long swimming channels too good to be true. The plant life is like an ecosystem on to itself. The only nuisance for me was the single control box next to one of the beds for all the lighting, I had to leave the bathroom light on all night!

Appréciation générale

Agréable séjour à l'hôtel malgré le manque de service proposés : restaurant et bar fermés. Petit déjeuner très décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles : café soluble et jus de fruits industriels. Peu de choix.

Accueil glacial ! Nous avions réservé sur Hôtels.com, arrivés sur place à l’accueil avec mon conjoint, la dame ne trouve pas notre réservation et dit que l’hôtel est Colmar alors qu’on pouvait encore réserver sur le site ! On a du trouver un autre hôtel au dernier moment ! Ma dame était d’une antipathie sans nom ! Et la personne devant nous, l’hôtel ne voulait pas lui rendre sa caution, elle a menacé d’appeler la police. À fuir !!!

Age and failings do not give owners the right to take customers money and treat them as fools. This hotel was once beautiful but now is sad and serverely run down. The experience of staying here is one we will never forget for all the wrong reasons.

Håll er borta

Fruktansvärt sämsta hotellet vi bott på. Allting var super smutsigt. Underhållet på hotellet är obefintligt. Frukosten va bland de vidrigast vi sett. Håll er borta från detta hotell. Rummet va det ända som va lite ok men långt ifrån 4 stjärnor på sin höjd 1 1/2. Aldrig varit med om en sån otrevlig personal.

This resort is HUGE. We got a room in the 3rd floor. No elevator available. I guess once upon a time this was a great place, but unfortunately it has not been well maintained so everything its old. Also they as for your deposit in cash, so be prepare. We went to the resort just to sleep,so it kind of work for that purpose. It is at walking distance from the brach and night market.

Dreary, old hotel

Nothing updated since 1980’s. Buffet meat was as cheap as it gets. I’m sure this place was epic 40 years ago, but they are letting it fall apart. Elevators are shut down and gym is dangerous.
