The staff was great. While I understand that it is an environmental hotel. The choice of disposable towels was a miss. It didn’t dry and it didn’t do its job.

New hotel, that was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful! The location is interesting, but in a good spot despite being surrounded by auto garages that are doing repairs on various vehicles, but it doesnt impact the experience at staying at the hotel

They did not offer a self-service coin laundry and it’s not convenient for long-stay guests. However, the cleaning service and the staff were very nice and quick with assistance.

Very clean and new. Lots of local food choice near hotel. There are 24 self-serve laundry facility near the hotel. Room is a little bit small, the wall between rooms is not thick enough to block sound. Shower water pressure not good enough.

The location is convenient, close by to transport & amenities. It's our 2nd stay here before it's rebranded with a scaled down service. They do not provide bottled water/teas, does come with kettle, mugs & fridge. It's no frills, clean, very compact but comfortable. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbours, but for the price point & the comfort, it's a give & take. However, on working days, just outside the hotel, leading to it's entrance, the floors will be oily or grimy due to the mechanic workshops around the corner. It's not so much of an inconvenience, just gotta be careful when walking by. Overall a comfy stay with clean towels, fresh smelling room.

Nice hotel

The location is convenient and is close to many restaurants in Lai Chi Kok. It is easily accessible via public transport. While the guest room is comfortable, there are minor hygiene issues, such as rust on the toilet seat joints and a mild humidity smell in the room. However, the hotel staff are nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to families visiting Hong Kong.

We booked a "Premium" room. It came with bathroom facilities designed for the disabled. It was very inconvenient to use. They switched us to a normal room with normal facilities. It was smaller and should have been cheaper. They gave us no refund. This was very deceptive.
