The house keeping is doing nothing , They just change the towel only for 7 days stay that’s all ……for this they charge me HK$ 480 .Make me disappointed.
A pleasant stay, though not at the hotel booked (i.e. Cebu Hotel) but instead at one of the company's sister hotels just a few minutes away. Not a problem and the place is better than expected.
This is a Guest House not a hotel. Over all impression very good. Mr. Roy is very accomodating but unfortunately there is a foul smell came inside the comfort room and they are not checking whether the bath soap or shampoo is going to be no more. It’s good to stay in the hotel just to sleep only.
Pathetic when I got there I was moved to a hostel. The hotel itself is on the top floor where the lift does not reach. You have to climb stairs to get there and once I got there I was told to go down two other floors which was a hostel. I felt cheated or was it wrong advertising on the hotel part. Didn't want to go to a hostel that's why I booked for a hotel room. I can't even post my pictures.
On our first night, half of our group were cheked in on a different hostel while the other stayed in Cebu Hotel. It was inconvenient for us because we had to move again to Cebu Hotel the next day for the rest of our stay. The hotel was kept clean always and secured. No direct access to the elevator since the place was located at the 17th floor while the elevator is only up to the 16th floor. On thing that made the stay great was Chungking Mansions accessibility to the malls, MTR, and Bus.
The property is conveniently located. Almost all cultural landmarks and attractions are within several minutes_walk. Best of all, MTR stations (Tsim Cha Tsui and East Tsim Cha Tsui) are both within 1-minute. Bus routes stop right in front of the building.
Kevin, the house keeper, is a great guy who is so helpful and does an extraordinary job in making the property spotlessly clean.
They named it a hotel but it is an hostel. Very misleading advertising on the wotif

Location was ideal in Kowloon just around corner from MRT. Fascinating entrance to hotel that allows you to show off how patient and humorous you are. Plenty of money exchanges on ground floor as well as a variety of ‘indoor’ street food stalls. I was pleased to say I actually lost a wee bit of weight thanks to the latter. A word of warning to those elderly folk thinking of booking this hotel: lift only goes to 16th floor and you have to walk up to 17th carrying suitcase. You also need a bit of home plumbing experience to flush and fill the toilet cistern, but luckily, in my case, the cistern lid was missing and shower head was handy to assist me. Also don’t do as I did and leave the toilet paper in the bathroom as you’ll end up with a soggy mess as it’s effectively a wet room. But despite all that it was value for money.during the 7s rugby weekend.
the room is quite broad. this place located in Chung king mansion.
but ONE PROBLEM. it has only one elevator up to access this guest house. of course, you can use steps if you have strong arms and a powerful leg. climb up to 17F.
