Wont go vack! It was my third time there. The location was great, a bit far from the crowded, yet very convenient for shopping. However, the manager was mean, and have a very cold serious look, didn't let me change the room when i checked in or did any accommodating even i told him that i would stay for 6 nights. To my big surprise and upset, he didnt let me store a luggage even for one night when i checked out, very inconsiderate, it ruined my plan, no, never go gack!

Great location and good hotel

If you’re looking for a hotel that is close to all, this is the place where to stay. Hotel needs to update but other than that it is a good hotel to stay.

Room was new and I cannot fault it, except, toilet paper was in a box on the table (there was none in the usual place) and the shower drain cover was detached. On one occasion, the corridor outside my room was slightly untidy and dirty, due to housekeeping logistics. Also, a neighbour came back at 1am and made significant noise with their door. Overall, the hotel was amazing value and staff made me feel welcome.

Nice and pleasant stay

Staff at front desk are very friendly and warm. They upgraded me to a suite which I appreciate very much. Room was clean and quiet, I had a very good rest. Bathroom is a bit old but still good enough. Will certainly stay with this hotel in future

Staff was accomodating and let us check in an hour early. Housekeeping staff was attentive to change out towels and clean. Plumbing was very noisy, especially starting about 6am each morning. Toilet did not always flush completely. We never could figure out how to get any channels on the TV - no instructions (we could have asked, but didn't). Given that our reservation was for 8 days, I feel we should not have been given a room right across from the housekeeping closet. It started to get noisy in the hallway early. The location was very convenient for us. We would stay there again.

A good hotel if you get a renovated room. Thanks to Front Desk-Kelvin for assigning the two nights renovated room. A simple buffet breakfast perhaps you can exclude it during your booking. Clean and have a good space for the renovated rooms for Hong Kong standard. Just about 5-8 minutes by walking to Nathan Road for shopping and sightseeing.

Room size is sufficiently comfortable for 2 and walking distance to the metro. Also need to a well know cafe, with good food really available. The only not so good is the configuration of the toilet with its toilet bowl being close to the wash basin. On the whole, still a good stay.
