"What a gem in Kona! My wife and I were evaluating our options between a large hotel or the Kona Tikki and we decided to stay at the Tikki. You get a great ocean front view that’s unbeatable and great value for money compared to larger hotels and what they charge for an “ocean view”.
There are no TV’s or Air Conditioning but it was just fine. There’s plenty of ocean breeze to keep you cool and the lack of tv is nice, it allows you to focus on the trip, your spouse/travel partner.

"Room was ideal for my wife and three daughters, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. Staff members were friendly, courteous and very professional. The resort is maintained well, it is very close to popular beaches and the downtown area. The ocean is literally in the back yard, the pool and hot tub are very nice. Great stay, highly recommended."
"Staff members gave my family and I excellent customer service! The morning continental breakfast was just ok. The overall quality was great for convenience and centralization of the property for the nearby shopping and dining. The only thing was we couldn’t stay longer for our short visit. "
