"Ne Je déconseille vivement l'Hôtel Ambassador à La Panne. Notre expérience a été très décevante, principalement à cause de l'attitude du gérant. Et une chambre hyper bruyante (le tram et tout les autres bruits et les passent) Lors de notre arrivée, notre réservation indiquait un check-in à partir de 14 h. Pourtant, il a refusé de nous accueillir avant 15 h, sans faire preuve de compréhension ni chercher une solution. D'ailleurs, les informations publiques de l'hôtel indiquent également une...

"From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were really friendly and the hotel itself is situated in a beautiful town with beautiful surroundings. We had a lovely dinner, with complimentary starter, which was delicious. The room was basic (e.g. no tea/coffee making facilities, simple shower) but was clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed our stay!"
