"This hotel is in the Tenmonken area of Kagoshima. It was a great area to use public transportation for our adventures. We bought a 2 day CUTE Pass from the Tourist Information Center in CenTerrace shopping area. We were able to use it on the Kagoshima City Bus, the Kagoshima City View Bus, the ferry to Sakurajima, the Island View Bus on Sakurajima, and the trams in Kagoshima. Great deal! The hotel was perfectly situated and very comfortable. "

"It is a nice and quiet hotel. However, the cleanliness, need to be improved. On the arrival, the toilet and floor were not properly clean. Also there was not enough toilet paper (of course it is ok that it wasn't new), however the two rolls were almost finishing... and during the next two days they didn't supply new toilet paper. (i used tissues that I had brought with me)... When I asked at the front desk, they seemed surprised... like if I were using it in an abnormal way or in excessive...

"Location : just few mins walk away from tenmonkan Station. Conveniently located in shopping area. Donki is also just opposite! Room & facilities: bed is comfortable & nice amenities (skincare by DHC) available at the lobby. There is also water dispenser in the lobby Free breakfast is delicious as well Negative is only that the room given is right in front of the elevator so whole night i can hear the elevator bell ring. Very hard to sleep. Avoid room 211 at all cost!"
