Just above average

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Pool was clean. The only complaint would be the charging of a cleaning fee, 200 bht per day, at check in, whether you wish your room to be cleaned every day or not. Also the hotel is a little way from any sort of attractions. Breakfast is very bland and limited.

Great little spot with everything we needed for just a night in Samui. Free breakfast was bland so we went out to eat nearby. Otherwise great spot!

Daha iyi olmalıydı

Otel konum olarak Chaweng plajına uzak. Motor ya da taksi kullanmanız gerekir. Otel ücreti dışında günlük 200 baht temizlik ücreti alınmasına rağmen 4 gün boyunca çarşaflar değiştirilmedi. Temizlik yüzeyseldi. Buna itiraz ettiğimizde otel yötenicisinin tutumu çok kabaydı.kahvaltı basitti. Beklimizin çok altında bir deneyim yaşadık.

Very good accommodation in quiet surroundings

Can't fault this condo at all, Had an issue with the shower and after a few hours they moved me to another room. Rooms very spacious and bright. Will be going back in April this year without a doubt. Staff are friendly and speak good English. One thing I recommend is you put anti bacteria spray and tissue in the fitness room for the equipment to be cleaned by the user after use.

Really good, great stay

Great place, specially for the price, good location, complete kitchen, clean an comfortable. The pool is nice, the staff is very nice, but there is no reception. The shower is very good, it only takes a little time to warm, but other than that is one of the best showers I've used in thailand. The location is a good " not too close, not too far" so I highly recommend renting an motorcycle or a car, because the taxis in koh samui costs at least 400 bath the way. The breakfast is really good also.

Pros: very nice large rooms, comfortable beds, great air con. Helpful when booking a tour. Clean pool area and rooms Cons: 200baht cleaning fee is compulsory per night but room was only cleaned twice out of 5 nights! There is no wi fi in the room as stated! Breakfast starts at 8am which is pretty late if you have a tour booked and also not enough room for number of people staying at the property! In the middle of nowhere have to walk 15minutes to get to a local 7 eleven or even just to get a taxi. Free shuttle bus is only TO the beach at 9am, 1pm, 3pm and 6pm, but you also have to ensure to book it. No return shuttle offered (taxis pretty cheap 200baht back)

Disappointing that you are charged cleaning fee 200 baht per day upon arrival even if your room is not cleaned everyday. Cleaning fee should be added within the booking price so customers don’t have to worry about paying extra

Had a little trouble with the water temperature staying consistent, otherwise this is the best hotel we have stayed at in this price range. It was super clean, spacious and the breakfast was great. Also, the hotel offers a super affordable and hassle free scooter rental service that makes getting around and exploring the island a breeze.

Amazing!

Lovely rooms! Can't believe how amazing they are for the price. They have 2 pools which are big and clean - never crowded either so always lots of sunbeds. Rooms cleaned daily (even do your washing up) but an extra cleaning fee is paid to the hotel on arrival. Shuttle service is a bit irregular but the walk to Chaweng isn't too bad at all - we did it every day. Would 100% stay again! Only downfall was the attitude of staff.

Extremely Disappointing

I was all over Thailand for a month and here in Koh Samui for a week and I'll start with what's disappointing about this suite. SERVICE -We arrived at the suite at 3pm and our room was still not cleaned and ready for us. We waited in the small reception room with our luggage for over an hour till our room was ready for us. -It is Koh Samui, it is all about the daily night market shopping and eating around the island after exploring highlights of the island (Big Buddha, Hin Lat/Nu Mueang Waterfall, Hin Ta Hin Yai, Lamai/Cha Weng beach, and etc.) So returning to the suite at late night passing 8pm is expected, but the suite locks their gate by 7pm and we were not notified about. We waited around with our beaming flash lights until the "24hr" security guard noticed us. We wanted to ask when does the gate closes and how are we suppose to get back after 7pm, but he spoke no English. This happened for two nights until I asked the reception then they told me about the card for the gates. -WiFi, it is only limited to pubic area of the suite and not your ROOM, yet they don't post up the password, you'll have to go and ask them for it. -Additional FEE please read description on Expedia. -Cleaning, the cleaning staff did not seem happy and wanted to leave work early.
