Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai

"Enjoyed my stay at the Eastin Grand Hotel immensely. My room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was epic. Literally, there is a map on the table to guide guests to various food stations. It's the best breakfast experience I have ever encountered. This was my second visit to the Eastin Grand Hotel at Phayathai. Looking forward to returning again in the near future."

"This hotel is very family, friendly, and very exquisite to stay at. The hotel, very beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The staff helped us book trips, make dinner reservations and provided our transportation. Always helpful always kind. Our room the entire hotel, very clean. I will say the only thing I didn’t care for so much was the lobster buffet. I found the lobster bland. I will say the breakfast buffet was outstanding. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants. My favorite restaurant was the Thai food. My least favorite was the Italian restaurant because I found the staff a little unhelpful in that particular location. This hotel also provides laundry service. They washed our clothes and packaged them in plastic packaging and they looked like brand new clothing. The price is also very reasonable. I also found that this hotel is very safe and they monitor the elevators and I really appreciate that. All hotels should do this."

"Stayed a week at Eleven Hotel. Hotel check-in was quick but the language barrier prevented a chance to upgrade the room. Obvious wear marks around the room as well as mold spots in the shower. Solid four star experience but things could have been a little better. You will be right in the heart of Soi 11 with endless entertainment and both Thai and Western food. Getting taxis in and out of Soi 11 takes an extra 10ish minutes so keep that in mind if you plan on a bunch of taxi/rideshare use."
