"LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel. Breakfast was great, the pools were wonderful. Close to Bangla rd and Patong beach if you’re interested in that vibe. Rooms were huge, super clean. No complaints 100/10 would recommend "

"This is my fourth time at this resort. I always stay a week, and I’m never disappointed from the moment you step off the airplane to the moment you’re back on the mainland, the staff are just amazing. I have been here multiple times before and after COVID and regardless of the situations or what is going on around the world, the service remains the same. The staff are some of the best people I’ve ever met and are genuinely loving and wanting to help you. I can’t wait to come back! It’s always the highlight of my holidays and always recommend to others."

"Room did not overlook the beach. This is not a beachfront hotel as stated and it should not be consider a 5 star hotel. Right outside the hotel lots of trash and areas under construction. Not a luxury area as stated. The only nice amenities were gym and pool . Not vibe, silent and quiet. Breakfast was average. Basic. Staff was kind and friendly, but not as a 5 start luxury hotel experience. Very disappointed. "

"Definitely not a 5-star experience - we were initially assigned a room with a strong smell of mould; though we did manage to change rooms. The rooms themselves were very much unpolished, there was a deep hole in the sofa, and the sofa itself was stained. The bathroom was unfinished, with sealant being poorly applied throughout the bathtub. We also used the gym, which was subpar by even 4 star standards! The breakfast was good, and the pool was also good."

"Other than the gym feeling a bit outdated, everything else was great. One thing to keep in mind is the tide level upon arrival — if the tide is low, the boat may not be able to get close to the dock, so you might need to walk a short distance to the hotel. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of."
