"This hotel is beyond 5 stars. The receptionist Katie is beyond helpful and friendly. She accomodates everything that I asks without any hesitation. The room is modern, beautiful and clean. The location is excellent, only 2 mins walk from the pier. The welcome gift juice is provided upon arrival. Cannot express how much love I have for this hotel. Definitely will stay at this hotel if we come to Phi Phi again. "
"I had to book this place last minute & I’m so glad I did. Had the cutest decor! The smoking area was very cute and convenient with a beautiful view from the top floor, easily accessible right by all of the activities/ shopping center in phi phi. I would definitely stay again. 10/10 service. "
"The hotel is right after Long Beach, you have to climb pretty steep stairs to get to the resort, front office looks nothing like a 3 stars resort hotel. A girl who check us in doesn’t know if there were all information she needs to give us. Breakfast was horrific. Check out at 10 but long tail boat shuttle to PhiPhi pier is at 12:30, we asked to check out at 12 but that is not possible, this is the the first hotel in Thailand we have stayed in that doesn’t allow late check out at 12. ...
"Arrived by Longtail boat from the pier but you can walk into town( albeit up a steep hill but very scenic). No need to venture out if just wanting to chill and eat at resort- had all you need.Beautiful beach , great food plus a little shop and loved the bungalow. Quiet escape away from the hustle and bustle."

"Entspanntes Ankommen, durften sogar früher ins Zimmer einchecken. Strandliegen leider etwas hart, manchmal gibt es Lederauflagen. Früh schon oft alle Liegen belegt. Aber Personal ist bemüht weiter zu helfen. Zimmer Service stellt früh schon Box vor die Zimmer Tür mit Wasserflaschen u frischen Handtüchern (falls benötigt). Frühstück auch sehr vielfältig und sogar Kaffeevollautomat:) Durften auch länger im Zimmer bleiben. Waren für 3Tage auf Kho Phi Phi und es war traumhaft:)

"We found cockroaches in the room flying while we were sleeping. Bedsheets and towel aren't properly dried, very bad smell and the bed is full of bugs. Have to visit hospital later on. "
"We decided to upgrade to the best room possible for an extra $20 or so a night and it was extremely worth it. Incredibly spacious and the best view in the resort. We literally had people walking on to our balcony to take pictures. We had an incredible time. A little 20 minute walk to town or a 100 Baht longtail ride( (per person) are your options to get around. HOT TIP- if you're a guy wear swimming trunks the day of your arrival, and if you're a girl wear your bottoms with shorts or a dress....

"for the price that we paid, we received more than we bargained for! front desk was efficient and did a great job with the place! young couple runs the place, but we saw them only on check in and check out, but the rest of the staff was great too. they cleaned the room every day, wifi was good, excellent location for exploring the island, a bit loud in the morning, but that was cool!"

Make sure you don't get to stay in building 7 as it has terrible view over some industrial area and piers. "
