Staff super helpful and friendly. This property is a little far from the city therefore need to take taxis. They do offer free shuttle service to 3 nearby beach and pick up. Limited to 2 restaurants on the property as everything outside property is far. Located in the mountains with breathtaking view but lots of mosquitoes when seated outside at night. Kind hotel staff that offers bugs spray complementary. This property has excellent wifi and offers a shared workspace with offices.

I wouldn't normally stay at a bungalow styled residence like this, but I was pleasantly surprised. I found the room pretty spacious. I would've liked to have a safe. There were some friendly resident cats which was nice to see. The highlight has to be the views from this place. Whether you're at the restaurant, the pool, or any one of the excellent cabins, you get one of the best views on the island. The staff was also very friendly and ready to help with a smile. I had a very smooth stay.

Amazing!

The Phangan Utopia Resort is a fantastic property that you will no doubt be happy you stayed. The rooms have a view that is second to none. My room is on the side of a cliff and you can see the blue water down below. If that was not enough miles of beautiful mountains surround you. There is an outside rain shower and the jacuzzi bathtub is also outside but private. It’s not everyday you can soak in a bathtub outside listening to the birds and watching fish breaking on the blue water below. The staff is as good as it gets. The people are friendly and helpful in every way . I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff. They helped me with my luggage, made breakfast, cooked dinner, tended bar, cleaned my room and even rented me a motor bike. They also told me where to go and how to get around the island while providing me a map. On a personal level we talked and laughed at the 360 bar that they also ran. The 360 bar is 200 meters up from the resort and it is an amazing bar that has the best view on the island and maybe one of the best views in the world. The best I have seen. The sun sets over Thailand and the sky treats you with a different work of art each and every night. When I left, the staff booked my ferry and taxied me to the port. She helped me check in and waited until I was settled. This is one of those experiences that has made my life better. Thank you .

Dans l'ensemble, correcte, une vue sur mer exceptionnelle, le personnel très souriant et très agréable. L'établissement et chambres-bugalows sont vieillissants et le restaurant n'offre que très peu de choix au petit déjeuner. Pour autant j'y retournerais volontiers

Отель хороший , видовой, на скутере весь остров доступен. Нет сушилки для полотенец и купальников а с учетом дождей это необходимость, была влажность высокая и нам пришлось сушить на лежаках у бассейна. Какие-то вещи забыли перед отъездом забрать Персонал не желает вникать в проблемы.попросили поменять подушку,сказали что нет свободных хотя отель был полупустой На крыльце вечно было много мусора из-за ветра, не подметали пока не попросишь убрать полностью номер.

Mehr Schein als Sein. Wer Lust auf Gesellschaft von Spinnen und Ratten hat, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben spontan für eine Nacht eingecheckt und wurden morgens um 6 Uhr von etwas großem, haarigen, an der Decke Klettertraining absolvierendem Getier (Ratte oder Riesenspinne) geweckt. Als wir wenige Sekunden danach fast nackt auf dem Balkon standen, entdeckten wir weitere Ratten (oder ähnliches) im Dach. Von Hotelpersonal war auf dem gesamten Gelände nichts zu sehen. Lediglich eine Scharr von Hunden, bellten und knurrten uns an. Auch der Rest der Anlage ist nicht sehr einladend. Im Essensbereich waren noch Reste vom Vorabend, alte Liegen samt verdreckter Auflagen am Pool, vergammelte Bauprojekte, laut quarkende Frösche und kleffende Hunde die gesamte Nacht. Wir wollten zumindest noch das Frühstück nutzen. Ein kurzer Blick auf den Obstteller ließ uns erschaudern, denn Dreck und Armeisen garnierten die Obstplatte. Die „warmen“ Gerichte waren kalt und auch der Rest des Essens war kein Gaumenschmauss. Auf die Frage, warum wir so früh abreisen, teilten wir mit, dass wir in der Nacht Besuch einer Ratte hatten. Dies wurde gekonnt ignoriert. Zwei positive Dinge zum Abschluss: Der Ausblick ist super und unser von Vögeln vollgekoteter Roller wurde gesäubert. Dennoch würden wir hier nie wieder buchen.

Als je kamer met mountain vieuw boekt dan heb je boven buren die lawaai kunnen maken dus niet rustig slapen over het algemeen rustig resort met ruime kamers

Nettes Hotel auf einem Hügel

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel. Manche Ecken sind etwas lieblos gestaltet oder in Arbeit aber in Summe ganz nett gemacht. Ohne Roller oder Auto ist man allerdings aufgeschmissen. Die Chefin und das Team der Rezeption waren supernett und hilfsbereit (bei einer Reifenpanne wurden wir abends direkt eingesammelt). Das Team im Restaurant ist träge, aber auch nett. Unser Zimmer U22 hatte einen tollen Blick über die Bucht. Sauberkeit war ok, man darf halt keine 5 Sterne Deluxe Sauberkeit erwarten. Auch Haustiere gab es. Versch. Geckos begrüßten uns in den Abendstunden. Wir fanden das aber eher niedlich als störend. Der Poolbereich ist nicht riesig, aber für die Anzahl der Gäste, die da waren ausreichend. Netter Barkeeper am Pool. Das Essen war in Summe lecker. Morgens ein abwechselndes Frühstücksbüffet und abends a la carte. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Great, clean modern hotel set ontop of a hill over looking the ocean = great view!! Excellent service from hotel staff. A short 100m walk to lookout/roof top bar which is a magical place to watch the sun set. Surrounded by some of my favorite beaches in Thailand. Breakfast was all you can eat buffet, good quality. Best bang for buck hotel A+

Decent stay but could have been much better

A bit far from everything, be prepared to pay a lot for taxi or rent a scooter. i had a poolside room, which was good (except for 2 cockroaches), but the poolside bar was open until midnight playing pumping music so not really ideal for the kind of relaxing i was looking for. The view was nice, pool clean, but also kind of useless because of loud renovations/ shrieking drilling noise from 10am-. Not good for relaxing, day or night. The restaurant staff was really unorganized, i had 5 different people serving me, you can guess the chaos that resulted.. so getting the food took ages. I spent about 2 hours in total in the restaurant, left right after eating, maybe 20mins of that they had a power cut, so you can count the speed of things from that.. mango Shake was great, Panang curry cold when delivered and rice came like 10 min after and was even colder, so i sent it back and had finished the curry without rice before they came with the replacement (another 10-15mins). The curry was also the worst Ive had in thailand. Ate there only once.

Die Bungalows sind recht alt und herunter gekommen, Klimaanlage macht laute Geräusche und tropft im Zimmer. Die Dusche ist für kleine Leute, ich bin 1,68 m groß und habe nicht darunter gepasst, außerdem hat das „Badezimmer“ überall Schimmel. Rollenverleih vor Ort, leider mussten wir bei der Rückgabe 1300 Baht bezahlen, für zwei Krazer die wir nicht verursacht haben. Transfer zur Full Moon und wieder zurück kann man auch im Hotel buchen, leider standen wir zu 8 am vereinbarten Treffpunkt und keiner hat uns abgeholt. Haben nichts zurück erstattet bekommen. Das einzig schöne ist die Aussicht beim frühstücken. Jedoch kein direkter Strandzugang und man ist auf einen Roller angewiesen. Außerdem wurde unser Zimmer trotz Schlüsselabgabe nicht gereinigt. Wir würden nicht nochmal hin.

The staff were lovely and helpful, the view was incredible, the pool was clean and had a stunning view and the uptopia fried rice from the restaurant was delicious. Loved being there and would visit Koh Phangan again just for that resort. Would highly recommend.

Hôtel simple avec belle vue

Hôtel assez vieux Confort simple.Chambre sans déco ni placards !!! .Literie dure .Jolie piscine.En hauteur sur une colline loin des plages et de la route donc au calme mais rien autour.Il faut leur louer un scooter ou prendre la navette gratuite pour les plages ou un taxi .Nous avions un bungalow avec une belle terrasse et une belle vue avec une baignoire.Repas corrects et personnel assez sympathique.
