The staff was rude and not welcoming at all. They made us feel so uncomfortable that only stayed 1 night and changed hotel for the rest of our stay on the island. Even for breakfast I arrived at 10.01 and they refused to serve because kitchen was closing at 10am. On top of that, the pictures looks much nicer than reality (dirty pool, no real beach behind..) I do not recommend at all this hotel.

Property was not as advertised. Hotel was described as a beach side resort however it is located on a shore that is completely inaccessible and dirty with a very receded shore line making it appear dangerous. Furthermore, there is a sand bar with ship wrecks and abandoned buildings directly in front of the property. It looked dangerous to even walk on the sand. The room smelled like fecal matter and the jacuzzi at the jacuzzi room was dirty and seemed unusable. I checked in around 13:00 and checked out within the next hour due to the aforementioned conditions. In addition we did not see any other guests at the hotel even though we saw about 4 employees all who appeared to be bored and cleaning. I paid more for this hotel than the majority of other hotels on my trip and still ended up booking with another resort just to avoid staying at this one. This property was basically a scam with the pictures and amenities not aligning with the reality of the property. Extremely disappointing and I hope others don’t fall for this scam.

Excellent resort avec belle piscine

Le proprio belge flamand est très sympa et attentif à chaque détail dans son resort. Belle piscine, beau cadre, de quoi rester quelques jours si vous ne cherchez pas la plage (non praticable car vaseuse). Le centre ville est à 150 bahts par personne en taxi mais vous avez une supérette à quelques mètres. Vraiment très plaisant et sans bruit. Petit déjeuner non compris mais très bon. Le coût du lit supplémentaire est un peu excessif (1500bahts oour 2 nuits sachant que le petit déjeuner b’est pas inclus). Nous avons été dans un autre resort pour bénéficier du côté plage.

Skønt og hyggeligt sted med god service og god mad. Kunne sagtens have brugt flere dage der. Eneste minus er stranden men det opvejer poolen for. Vi kommer igen

Hotel ravissant digne d une carte postale.

Charmant resort digne d une carte postale ancienne. En face d une plage inbaignable de par sa situation géographique en été. Heureusement la présence de la piscine permet de se rafraîchir. Situation un peu loin de tout il faut louer un scooter pour être à 10 min de magnifiques plage. Belle chambre. Ménage niquel. Ambiance village de vacances au sens positif du terme. Accueil sans plus de par le patron belge et sa femme thaïlandaise. Strict minimum. Restaurant plutôt bon. N hésitez pas à faire le barbecue du patron tous les samedis soirs.

Top Hotel, nur zu empfehlen!!!

Das Hotel verspricht nicht zu viel! Die Zimmer waren top sauber. Da wir off-season anreisten, waren wir für 7 Nächte die einzigen Hotelgäste da zu dieser Zeit eigentlich Wartungsarbeiten am Hotel gemacht werden, unsere Reservierung ist aber noch 'durchgerutscht' :-). Daher hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht: + jeden Tag Zimmerservice, Reinigung, Minibar aufgefüllt, frische aufwendig gefaltete Handtücher (siehe Bilder), dazu haben die Inhaber täglich extra nur für uns das Personal kommen lassen und dabei auch noch gewartet, bis es uns gelegen war! + der Pool wurde trotzdem regelmäßig gereinigt (Wasseroberfläche, und sogar Boden und Seitenwände abgebürstet und abgesaugt! + täglich (!) kamen in der Früh Mitarbeiter die den Strand von Treibgut säuberten, obwohl praktisch keine Badegäste da waren + es wurde immer a la carte gekocht und es war Rund um die Uhr jemand an der Bar sodass man immer Drinks und Snacks bestellen konnte Die Anlage ist sauber und aufgrund jährlicher Wartung auch tatsächlich so, wie in den Bildern dargestellt, im 'vor-Ort-Vergleich' eher eine Seltenheit! Unabhängig davon haben wir uns bei den überaus freundlichen Inhabern sehr wohl gefühlt, wir haben auch zu allen Fragen hilfreiche und ehrliche Insider-Tipps erhalten (z.B. seriöser Rollervermietung, bestimmte Touristenattraktionen, Handeln mit Thais, Verhalten im Straßenverkehr oder im Tempel etc.), was wie wir feststellen mussten in anderen Hotels absolut nicht die Regel ist! Wir kommen wieder!!!

lovely location and rooms

Hotel was great. Location, room and pool are so clean. Shame there is no comfy sitting area To relax and have a drink in the evening. Bar closed at ten every night we were there so ended up going out rather than spend time at the resort which was not ideal.

Ich hatte das Hotel aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen ausgesucht. Positiv: -relativ sauber, -supernettes und hilfsbereites Personal, -leckeres Frühstück, -auch sonst günstiges und gutes Essen Negativ: -alte Decke als Bettdecke, -kein Duschvorhang, deshalb steht das Badezimmer nach dem Duschen unter Wasser, -im Badezimmer stinkt es manchmal, wenn man duscht, -nur Hocker, keine richtigen Stühle oder Sessel auf dem Balkon, -Klimaanlage recht laut

Det här hotellet ligger alldeles intill en liten vik på den sydvästra delen av ön. Det är väldigt lugnt och inget ställe för de partyglada. Ägaren av hotellet, Frank som är från Belgien, är en fantastisk person och även han får högsta betyg.
