The front desk staff were lovely. Compared to the last two hotels I stayed at, the receptionists greeted us with smiles. The hotel itself is old and the rooms are basic. I could not get the television to work but the air conditioner worked well. The bathroom had a lot of chrome which was discoloured but it was spacious and clean enough. The room had a window which let in a nice breeze so we didn’t always even need the air conditioner. The value for money was very good!

Hotel is old and dated. Front desk check in experience was not welcoming. Use of an international credit card for hotel charges — standard in Thailand - draws a special service fee. Odd to see this charge at a so called top international hotel. Buffet breakfast so so from a Thailand top hotel standard It’s clean and safe so not a bade place to stay … Still it’s very Hard to believe this is considered amongst the top hotels in Trang … perhaps maybe 20 years ago.

Really lovely room, good breakfast and great staff. Some drawbacks: it's a bit remote towards the end of the road of hotels, there's not enough shade on the beach (umbrellas too small) and the music at the bar was so loud in the evenings I avoided it completely.
