"The pool area is wonderful with trees around it making spots of shadow throughout the day. We did not have breakfast incl. and it was not a problem. The room was very nice and clean but need a hand with a new aircon as it was dripping. Also the holder for toilet paper was broken and the one for the towel. "Would be great if it were run better. All the things needed are in place, but lacking attention to detail.
The views are amazing, but they don’t do anything about the mosquitoes, so it’s unbearable to be outside to watch the sunset. The rooms are nice, but we’re missing things like soap and hand towels in the bathroom. The staff acts friendly, but mostly offers solutions that cost extra money. That act like cleaning your room is a hassle.

"Hotel was in a great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower worked well, bed was comfy, we loved the pool. The AC dripped water which ruined some of my journal pages, and the AC was very noisy, so if they sort that it will be perfect. The best thing were the dogs, Candy and Ice cream, they were so well looked after and super friendly. We would definitely stay here again."
