Bästa hotellet på koh lanta!

Helt fantastiskt ställe, helt klart det bästa hotellet vi har bott på i sydost Asien. Personalen är verkligen jätte trevliga och serviceminded. Allt var rent och fräscht och rummen var stora och rymliga tillskillnad från många andra i Thailand. Kommer helt klart att boka här igen!

3 ladies on holiday

Myself and 2 friends recently stayed here for 10 nights and found it to be an excellent apartment just a short walk down a hill to the main road and beach. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and the Beach Side Restaurant on the main road was particularly good with great staff and superb food.

Misleading

Although the staff was very nice and the property is beautiful and conveniently located, my rental was NOT as described. First, my apartment was described as a 2 bedroom, it wasn't. One needed to access the 1st bedroom to get to the second one which had the size of a closet (sliding door, not for claustrophobic). I guess it was okay for a family if you don't need privacy. Second, the access to the apartment to was treacherous at best with uneven slippery stairs and no view of the pools as shown in the picture. Third, King beds were regular Queen beds. One of the pool was also unusable due to algae. Don't get me wrong, it is not a bad place, everything is brand new and the apartment was well appointed. However, it wasn't what I paid for. Last but not least, I was extremely disappointed with the way Expedia handled my complaints and request to book somewhere else. I Learned my lesson, I will stick to Airbnb for apartment rentals next time.
