"Villas are directly on to the Beach. Beach is stunning, and amazing restaurants and bars all along the beach. The check staff spoke very good english and gave very helpful specific instructions. We could have spent alot more time at this amazing resort. Lanta walking street was a 7min tuk tuk drive away to the shopping markets Also English speaking tour service at reception to help plan your tours. We loved our stay at koh lanta Beach Bungalow "

I saw some of the comments suggest that the hotel should improve on their breakfast. When i went to the hotel and i informed them i want something local , not american breakfast they put on the menu list, and the hotel staff offered me the local menu. "Would be great if it were run better. All the things needed are in place, but lacking attention to detail.
The views are amazing, but they don’t do anything about the mosquitoes, so it’s unbearable to be outside to watch the sunset. The rooms are nice, but we’re missing things like soap and hand towels in the bathroom. The staff acts friendly, but mostly offers solutions that cost extra money. That act like cleaning your room is a hassle.
