"There was a challenge checking in but the staff at the restaurant assisted swiftly. Check-in is done through a machine, therefore no one to assist as there is no receptionist. Once this is done, the rest of the stay becomes very relaxing. The property is quaint, clean and beautifully decorated. Such luxurious finishes with a touch of class and comfort."

I cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful hotel. This gem above the city of Zurich is a tranquil retreat surrounded by lush forest. The spa and restaurants are amazing! "Hotel is conveniently located about 2 or three blocks from train station, which you can travel to Rhine Falls, or into the City Center, Zurich. Room A/C was not that great, however, a fan was provided. Hotel has an elevator. Everything seems more expensive in Switzerland. Breakfast at the hotel was 24 Euros, we opted to get some fresh fruit from a local market. We did not have a car, therefore, we traveled by bus from the airport to the train station near hotel when we arrived, and took a Tram...
"Clean, large rooms, professional staff. The lighting in the room could be improved - there were no lights on the ceiling so in the evening it was too dark in the room. The location of the hotel is convenient enough as it is located near a tram stop. Overall a good hotel. "
