Nice hotel to stay for a night or two. Clean and compact. Tram ride to airport is only 3 min. Recommend for ppl who need a place to stay before their flight. In terms of long stay for vacation, the hotel might feel too small.

Very clean and staff helpful. However, there is no AC and rooms only have one window and you cant open all the way, you can only open a few inches. It was very hot and no air inside the room almost suffocating. Poor air circulation.

The washbasin was outside the shower & WC. Every room mat can clearly see a person while having a shower. Bunk bed was extremely uncomfortable. Near to the Zurich Airport. The breakfast was good. The room is small. The WC & Shower both separate & wash basin outside both if this. Extremely annoying layout.

The hotel itself was very convenient location to the airport. What l didn't like was that a hotel charges for tap water drinking. This hotel should be ashame of themselves. Truly a low point in a franchise hotel

Great budget hotel with easy tram access to the airport. The staff are friendly, and the 4:30 AM breakfast is a huge plus for travelers with early flights. The only downside is the very small rooms. The bathroom and toilet have no doors, and the room feels cramped, especially for families with luggage. Overall, it’s a good value if you need an affordable, convenient stay near the airport.

Very clean with very helpful staff. It met all of my expectations for a budget hotel. It is right next (I mean...you can literally see the station from the entrance door to the hotel) to a tram stop for the #10 line, which will take you directly into Old Town Zurich (don't need to transfer to any other line, and just use the same line to come home at night). It is also only 2 stops away (on the #10 line) from the airport....so no need to use overpriced taxis. Breakfast was a little overpriced for not providing any protein sources other than deli meats (no eggs, no sausage, no bacon, at least on the morning I was there), but otherwise was very tasty and abundant. Rooms are small, but very clean, very functional, and for me, met any need I would have. I would certainly plan on staying here again when in Zurich, and recommend to others as well.

Negatives- the rooms were extremely small, there was no shampoo, no washcloths, one pillow per person. I asked for extra pillows, but they said they didn't have any. The room is basically a bed, small sink, commode, small desk and shower, very small for 2 people,no free breakfast ( offered at 15 Euro each), the room price was outrageous for the value. Positives- extremely clean, surprisingly no airplane noise in rooms, very close to airport tram station and access into town via tram, good security
