My room was double booked, I had to find other accommodation after security advised room double booked.
After 1 week, I am still awaiting REFUND.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I traveled to Kingston, Jamaica all the way from Canada and booked this apartment via expedia. Upon arrival they told me they overbooked and could not accommodate me regardless of the fact I had a confirmation number. This whole place is sketchy. They told me to wait 30 min to see what they could do which turned into 2 hours. I spoke to Tracey Macfarlene who was in charge of the this Ultra Luxury Apartment and she had a horrible attitude , literally told me there was nothing she could do and hung up on me! I was left stranded on the streets of kingston for almost 6 hours... and was offered nothing for the inconvenience not even an apology. It was a total NIGHTMARE to say the least! Had to book another place to stay and ended up having to spend an extra $1500 because everywhere else was booked up. The staff were very unpleasant...save your money folks!

They had limited channels on the tv for that price. Cheaper places had better cable. They need to do better especially if people are going to be quarantined
Marsha made every initiative to make my stay welcoming. Provide a lot of information that was resourceful. The apartment was so beautiful, if I could rate this property and Marsha a million stars I would.
