Fantastic Experience

A fantastic 1-bedroom apartment located within walking distance to the historic Devon House. Boasts a large, king size bed as well as mini fridge, stove, microwave and utensils. A/C unit in bedroom blows cool and was a welcome relief from the tropical heat. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. We would definitely consider booking again in future.

The apartment is clean and fully equipped. The neighborhood was safe and, aside from construction going on, is quiet. One of the neighbors uses the parking spot for his car so park just park on his spot, I forget the number but you drive forward from the gate and park directly under the tree that will be on your left side. I will definitely try to book with them again the next time I visit Jamaica.

The host is quick responding and flexible. The property is located nearby all attraction. However, It is not much of scenery surrounding the property. Metal guard all over the house all windows were closed, feeling like it’s probably security reason why they do that. Also, there was construction next to the apartment, so it was a lot of noise in our stay.

The property is well maintained. Even in my absence, housekeeping came in and cleaned. I had money and other valuables laying about, and there were no problem; your personal property and yourself will be safe. However, there are a couple things though, I would have wished that even a bottle of water, soda, juice or coffee were made available for arriving guests. There was absolutely nothing. Secondly, the information from the website and the actual name of the property are different. I received a text message giving the correct name of property, then my phone died as I was traveling since the day before and had no charge. When I went looking for the place using the printout from Cheapticket.com, it became confusing. I will say the female host was very pleasant and accommodating, but the husband, even "Christ" was used in a conversation point...for him a score of zero is to be added. My overall experience was good, and I would stay there again.

We stayed here to attend the Embassy for my son's student visa. The place was lovely and in walking distance to everything you need including the embassy. The owners were very friendly, professional and helpful during our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and will stay here again

Cattleya's property was in a central residential quiet prestige neighborhood and the inside was extremely comfortable and very nice. We spoke with Nicole upon our arrival and she was very polite and intelligent. My hubby and I will definitely book our next stay there.
