The management team was awesome, the AC didn’t work in the main room on the first night but Ms Vicki made sure that I didn’t go a second night without it.

Central To The Local Beach, Kingston and Ocho Rios

Best part of staying at this location is that I could be in Hellshire in 25 minutes, Kingston (Half Way Tree) in 10 minutes and Ocho Rios in 45 minutes. Very central to all the things that mattered to us.

More suitable for a vacation than a business trip

Personnel was friendly and helpful. The shower head fell off and they were there in 20 minutes with a replacement. Turns out the old one just needed to be screwed back on. Good location, and fantastic property but better suited for a family taking a vacation v/s a business traveler.

VERY NICE VILLA, NICE STAFF ISSUES WITH THE POOL

The overall experience with the villa itself and the owners was very good but we had an issue with the pool. At 10am on a Saturday morning the pool was closed for the day because the pool guy just cleaned and put chemical in the pool. We found it to be ridiculous that they would clean a pool on the Saturday morning. We complained to the manager who called the Estate management who told them that the pool gets cleaned on a Thursday but it rained two days ago so it was rescheduled for 10AM SATURDAY?! It made no sense. If not for this we would have rated this experience as perfect. The villa itself was really nice.

Very Clean and Comfortable Villa

Price was ok, service was good and the property itself was excellent! The villa was very clean, WiFI good and the water can be very hot if you turn it all the way. I did not interact with the manager much outside of check in and out which is also a good thing because all the amenities worked. I would definitely book this one again.

My experience at the County Club was rough in the beginning but better after a couple of days there. The owner was away so he had a friend handle checkin process. Friend did the best he could informing me about the property but there were still questions I had. The owner had me listen to a long audio message regarding the policy of the villa. Inside small a cozy. Wish there were pictures of the outside and inside of the home, only the pool guest need a better vision and pic would a great help. I loved the fact that security was very strict on letting people on premises, good security was huge relief.

We stayed at a lot of different hotels in kingston before, but this is by far the most convenient and cleanest one out of all
