A sample of excellence, a true pundit hospitality.
My trip was not one for happiness (funeral). I went to Jamaica for five days and this trip was undoubtedly the best of all my trips, mainly due to the treatment I received from the staff (property manager, owner, ...etc.). Comfort was the main goal here and let me say this, comfort accomplished LOL! At times I didn't even want to leave because it the apartment felt so much like home. I love being treated good and if you're like myself I recommend you try it out and I guarantee you will be saying the same thing afterward. Halfway Tree, New Kingston, Bob Marley Museum, and many more, even the cleaners for my suit were all within walking distance, if you like to stretch your legs. 24-hour security and gated, believe me Jamaica has its days and security was one of the main things on my list but no worries here. I will be hitting Kevin up on my next trip because affordability and location mainly did it for me.
Great place to stay, something I honestly didn't expect because the price was so low.
The New Kingston Apartment at The Palms locations had a minor issue, and I was given an apartment at the Donhead Ave location and the staff was amiable and flexible and made the change process entirely effortless on my part (really appreciate this! Kevin).
Note, let me attest, the apartment looks exactly like the one in the pictures.

Its a nice and clean apartment. Ok location
Originally was supposed to get the palm spring house but it turns out the listing is taken down and we made payment for it. They gave us a pretty decent house as an alternative. Well taken care of.
