"The room was very clean and nicely furnished, however, the main issue was that there is no air conditioning in this room only a fan. The room description specifically noted air conditioning which contributed to our decision to book this hotel if staying in summer months, please bear in mind there is no air-conditioning."

"The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. "The refurbishing of this hotel is still in progress, therefore it is a bit noisy as construction starts around 7:30 a.m.. There is presently only one small bar/restaurant available for members and hotel guests for breakfast, lunch/dinner/drinks and it is overcrowded in the morning, and doesn't stay open longer to assist hotel guests (there are some pubs/restaurants nearby). Majority of staff is knowledgeable and helpful."

"Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste."

"Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! "We stayed here for our daughter’s weeding on the hottest 2 nights of the year. The room was like an oven with 1 small fan and 2 small bottles of water (500ml). Totally inadequate for the weather being 32degress. There was no fridge, no air conditioning and no slippers or dressing gowns. Breakfast was extremely expensive at £34 per person per day.
