"Friendly welcome and a lovely room. No parking but you can park at another pub/hotel down the road for £10 per night. No breakfast either but there’s a couple of cafes in town. When I booked this it was for an event at Hampton Court Palace- it’s further away than suggested (30-40 min walk). Hampton Wick has a few pubs (including this one) and they’re all nice. Would stay here again."
"The Lensbury is a lovely place to stay away from the hustle of the city but only a short train journey to Waterloo..
this is our second visit and won’t be our last.. slight issue with lack of air con but when mentioned at reception an extra fan and water for the room was provided so really can’t complain. Rooms are lovely and clean and the added coffee machine is a lovely bonus"
"The apartment was clean and spacious, with a suitable location. The kitchen was clean with enough utensiles. The towels, bedsheet and toilet were clean and we were comfortable to use them without doubt. To our surprise, there were two fans which gave us good comfort during the hot summer. The only down side was that the pan and saucepan were a bit old. A new set will be good. Also, a few more cutting knives will be convenient. Lastly, a few more hooks in the toilets to let us place our towels...
"I had clean bedding/ towel and somewhere to park. The housekeeper who greeted me was friendly and couteous. So far so good. However, the rooms are in a converted pub (but the pub isn't open) and to call it a 'hotel', I think, is stretching the definition. I would say it's more like an HMO/hostel. There was unfinished laminate flooring in the corridors which was noisy when people were walking past, the kettle had to be put on the floor to reach the plug socket and the shower tray was damaged and...
"Lovely hotel and pub. Room was impressive, nice and large, and spotlessly clean Super king bed was unexpected. Rarely seen in many hotels so this was a definite delight.
Only downside to the pub as a guest was we were unable to get a nightcap on our return at 11pm. Breakfast very nicely set out. Ingredients fresh and flavoursome. If returning to the are, will definitely stay again. "

"The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."
