"Amazing value that includes top notch, and private, hot springs baths, and a delicious healthy japanese breakfast. The location is not the most convenient and be very careful going in and out of the parking area, it is a blind exit and cars are driving by quickly."
"As a foreigner with very little understanding of Japanese, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff were in communicating with us. The counter staff used voice to text translators to translate their Japanese to English. As we arrived directly from the airport, we were too early to check-in, but Tamura-san was very helpful in telling us about their day bath and buffet lunch package for us to spend the time. "It located in a heart of Ginza very convenient area. The hotel is clean and user friendly. The staff members are all friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you. "
"I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again, "
"When I first arrived to the property, I was surprised that the Front Desk spoke English and very helpful about getting into my room. While I was staying there for a couple of days, it was easy for me to get my room cleaned as I put the sign of notice cleaning on the front of the door, which was magnetic and was clean the next day upon my arrival. The only thing I was the dissatisfied about was when I asked to use the pool I obviously had tattoos, and the receptionist saw it and didn’t mention...
