"Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. "Beautiful hotel. From walking through car park right to room - everything, everywhere was clean, tidy and really well looked after. Restaurant serves really good quality food and the staff were fabulous - even though they were really busy with a wedding party. The room was amazing - lively size, spacious and clean.
