"Do NOT stay here. My taxi driver did not want to drive me to this hotel ad it is in the old part of Mombassa. I insisted. I did not realize this hotel had a 10 pm arrival deadline when i booked. I emailed the hotel and called them 4 times to let them know i would be arriving late. They never replied but did hang up the phone once when they answered without speaking with me. I was not able to access this hotel"

"Internet a bit spotty in rooms (great in reception). Beautiful hotel, clean, comfy bed - but location is sketchy as hell. Straight on the street and (as a white male) I got a lot of scary looks. Right next to the bus station so there is a lot of noise all through the night with horns blaring constantly. A shame because the hotel itself (and the staff) are lovely. Breakfast was also quite tasty in the restaurant next door (Soy)."

"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful, nice and friendly 😁😁😁"

"Would reccommend."

"Terrible. Nothing's works and the entire hotel is not maintained with old rusting features. The hotels rooms are very noisy all the way till 3am as there are on going parties every day. I was not able to sleep till after 4am everyday. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel."

I also appreciated having four bottles of water replenished in my room every day. The shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and lotion were also well stocked. That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The communication between the kitchen/bar and the front desk seemed to have its challenges. The TV in my room was not...

"Very nice property and great management "

"Great place and well run. There are parties every night with loud music and sometimes all night so forget about sleeping during the night."

"Juat a location is good"
