"We were there with four families and had a wonderful time! Prance and her team ( who are all part of the family) are truly amazing! Our every wishes was fulfilled! Pranee even arranged for a massage to us in one of the unoccupied bungalows. The small restaurant offers everything you cold need, from breakfast to Thai cuisine and snacks. "We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them."
