Benz and Ali at the desk were more than helpful. The comforter on our bed had a make up stain from a previous user. The comforter itself had been cleaned. Wish pool area offered bar service.

Visited in august, snd unfortunately was very wet for the 4 days we were there. Not alot to keep us enetertained during thebrain. However, resort was Amazing, pools were great. Lots to do if weather is on your side. Breakfast buffet felt limited and in busy season i suspect itbwould be very busy. A few options for dining walking distance from resort. Would recommend going down to beach for further places to eat.

"Only 5 minutes to Khao lak town, the resort is becoming a little bit dated, not very user friendly to elderly people as a lot of the stairs are unsafe thin and uneven especially on the bridges going over the pools.
